Appraisal

Whatever job you might be working as, there is bound to be a time when you have to complete some kind of appraisal form to self-evaluate your work performance. The usual questions are such as self-rating, work expectations, demands, comments, and etc.

It's funny that, being a blogger/writer, I find it hard to answer my own appraisal sheet. This is not the usual crapping that I do, this is much harder as I know it will affect my overall salary and shit, I guess, this is why it is hard to answer.
