The flying time

Time passes really fast. Suddenly it has been 3 months since I started my new job. I guess, by now I have settled comfortably in my new job. And, also I guess I have passed the probation? Since I am not fired yet. It is said in the contract that a increment can be expected when you are a permanent staff. Now, I wonder how much rise I will get.
