Yoga is the fun!

Indeed, it is a lot of fun being able to stretch and exercise your muscles to the max by doing some Yoga. Right now, Yoga is almost like a both mental and physical relief to me because attending a session weekly help me to bend my super hard body.

Although I am not as flexible as a rubber band, but I believe, one day, I will be able to achieve that status. I also hope that it is not going to take me 10 years time. :D
