I recently went for a blood test and I have come to realize that it is important to take care of our health before it is too late. So, my parents also went for a full body check up at the National Heart Center. Thank goodness that they are quite healthy and do not have major health problem. However, the doctor said that my mother's pulse rate is weak and advised her to do exercises on bike and get a heart rate monitor to monitor her pulse rate. And therefore, I went to different pharmacies and stores that specialize in home fitness equipment. I didn't know it is not easy to get a heart rate monitor and I have to pre-order them. Anyone knows where can I get a Polar heart monitor?
