Good cardio

I just realized something that, if you exercise at different intensity levels for a span of time, you will find out that it is even more effective than a stable-stage of exercise. For example, you can run for 2 minutes, walk for 2 minutes, run for 2 minutes, then walk again 2 minutes, repeat this for 30 mins and you will feel the result!
