Dizzy dizzy

I think i am sick in the head, i have been feeling dizzy for few days as long as i work in front of computer. I am not sure if this is physical or mental. It feels like more to a mental sickness, but I can't be sure about it either. Sigh. What should I do?

I guess i am not suitable for working?
