When you work in a new environment, of course everything will be new. Job scope, stuff to learn.

I am working for an online hardware site, working as technical writer really isn't easy as it may seem. There is so much to learn, as my technical skills are really noobish. When you think you know everything, you just know nothing. Everything from scratch.
