Back Ache

I wonder why is my back aching.

As some chinese saying goes, back aching it's like someone back stabbing you, or talking bad about you seriously behind your back. But, that's of coz figuratively. Now, i am literally having back ache. I wonder why.

Has the young me aged? I am scared.
