I am old!

Gosh, it is hard to convince myself that I am young. My right arm is feeling rheumatic, and there is nothing I can do about.

Being worse than external pain and injury, it is very hard to configure the pain from within the bone. It feels as though your hand is not yours and want to escape from you! AHHH is there anyone who can save me from this pain? The pain is killing me! :(
