Office Politics
By the way, how do you handle the office politics? Unless you are the sole employee like I was last time, but, there is bound to be politics as long as you work with people.
So, how would you face it? Choose a side to stick to? Neutral? Double headed snake? Or turn a deaf ear to everything. I personally think that turning a deaf ear to everything is the best way. Ignorance is bliss.

Politics involve reward and punishment systems and as long as you work WITH people I don't think you can avoid politics. But you can make a choice to engage in good politics than bad politics. A fair and just reward system in the office is good politics. Favoritism is not.
