What is your ambition Part II

Just when my boss called me in for a talk the other day, we were talking about work and shit, and he asked me, :

"what is your ambition?"
"we will see what can you do in the company to achieve your goals".

Well...those questions kinda struck me. I mean, I really do not have an answer for it.

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

What is your ambition?

What is your ambition? You might have dreamt about being a doctor, lawyer, police, teacher, sailor, pilot and etc.

I am sure all of us have been sort of 'brainwashed' to work towards all these prestigious occupations. For the sake of parents? But, at the end of the day, it is what we are going to be, and going to get anyway.

And, how many of us actually achieved our ambitions? I really wonder. My 'ambition' was to be a doctor, and look what am I doing now. So, all I can say is, bye bye to my ambition. When I have children of my own next time, I guess, I will not instill an 'ambition' into their mind, after all, it's their life to decide who they want to be!

When you were still in school, have you ever had an ambition?
I used to have an ambition, but as time passed by, I realised that ambitions sometimes are just plain hard to achieve.

Just live life the way it is, then we be happier.
