Metal pegboard serves multi purposes since it can handle a lot of weight, from functioning as a work bench, for pots and pans, or even things that you always need in handy. I would definitely like to have metal pegboard built in my house as it will be very convenient to keep my tools such as the power tools, and the pans or even keys that I always need. Since it's on the wall, everything that you need will come in handy at one glance. And with a proper metal pegboard, you will not misplace your tools or cause injury to kids by your negliance. You can simply keep them out of reach from the children for safety purpose.

The PayPerPost Revolution Accelerates, Sponsored
Blogging Marketplace Secures $7 Million Series B
Draper Fisher Jurvetson leads round and joins Board of Directors
ORLANDO, FL – (June 12, 2007) – PayPerPost, the leading marketplace for advertisers to reach bloggers and other consumer content creators, today announced it has completed a $7 million second round investment led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson, an investor in the company's Series A and one of the world’s leading high-technology venture capital firms. The financing brings the total amount of capital raised by PayPerPost to over $10 million, giving the company considerable resources for further development as the industry’s leading Consumer Generated Advertising marketplace. Additional participants in the round include existing investors Inflexion Partners and Village Ventures as well as new investor DFJ Gotham. With this investment, DFJ Managing Director Josh Stein also joins PayPerPost’s Board of Directors.
“PayPerPost created this exciting new advertising space and has established itself as the industry leader,” said Ted Murphy, chief executive officer of PayPerPost. “Although we’ve only used a portion of our first round capital, this added support from investors unlocks significant growth potential. Our content creator and advertiser ROI metrics clearly demonstrate the upside for PayPerPost’s model. We intend to use this capital to build the infrastructure, visibility and professional expertise necessary to reach and retain a greater network of advertisers and content creators than ever before.”
Since its founding in June of 2006, PayPerPost has signed more than 6,500 advertisers to its groundbreaking service, which has enabled Consumer Content Creators to be compensated for their efforts discussing specific companies, products or services via blogs, videos or other media. The content creators are required to disclose relationships with advertisers on their blog, providing transparency for the end reader. Over 125,000 Internet postings, most in the form of blogs, have already earned money for their creators through PayPerPost’s innovative marketplace. PayPerPost recently released PayPerPost Direct, a disruptive new service that allows advertisers to contract and negotiate directly with individual bloggers they identify through a safe, managed system.
“PayPerPost has laid a strong foundation for the future,” noted Tim Draper, founder and managing director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson. “It continues to attract a critical mass of participants from both the advertising and blogging communities. Analogous to Overture’s sponsored search model, we believe PayPerPost’s business model holds disruptive potential and will enable the company to thrive in the evolving paid-content arena.”
To mark the $7 million dollar funding, PayPerPost has launched a new website detailing the company’s service offering at http://www.payperpost.com. Bloggers and advertisers can easily sign up at the site and begin leveraging the self service marketplace.

The Wealth Spa Teach Women Financial Independence in New Program
The Money Mastermind is a membership program that provides financial education and coaching for women and enables them to take control of their finances.
San Jose, CA June 8, 2007: Elizabeth Potts Weinstein, CFP®, JD, a Certified Financial PlannerTM practitioner and attorney, recently launched the Money Mastermind, a membership program enabling women to get cutting edge, independent financial planning advice for an affordable monthly fee.
The Wealth Spa, Weinstein's financial planning firm, has offered fee-only financial planning as flat-rate projects and hourly-only advice since 2004. In 2007, Weinstein launched the Money Mastermind program because she wanted to help women address the two most important aspects of financial planning in a cost effective program.
"First, clients need ongoing advice about their money, but cannot afford expensive retainer agreements or asset under management (AUM). Hourly and project-based fee-only financial planning, while affordable, do not directly provide ongoing advice. Second, my female clients want to learn about investing and personal finance. They don't want to just be told what to do," said Weinstein.
In the Money Mastermind program, members get unlimited email advice directly from Weinstein to address issues such as how to reallocate a 401(k), whether cash should be used to pay off debt or invest for retirement, and how to better manage the family budget. The monthly educational programs, held by teleconference, cover subjects such as "How to Avoid the Top 7 Mutual Fund Mistakes" and "How to Combat Investment Risk."
Members also receive access to an online community forum, to share information and advice with other members, and access to Weinstein's investment recommendations, tax updates, investment software, and goal projection software. The program currently costs $47 per month, but has a three-month trial membership for $9.97, for a limited time.
Women make up most of the membership, who, according to Weinstein, are "attracted to the educational aspects and want to work with a female advisor." Members also include married couples, same-sex couples, and singles.
For additional information about The Money Mastermind, go directly to http://www.thewealthspa.com/join, or contact The Wealth Spa at (800) 752-3592.

Credit cards have been a popular form of payment of since it’s very easy and convenient to apply now. Many banks are offering different types of credit cards for different needs of each individual, depending on eligibility and their annual income.
The market of credit cards is very competitive these days as the banks are encouraging more people to apply, although it’s very convenient to use. But, we have to be aware of the pros and cons and set the limit of our usage.
The pros of the credit cards are such as, convenient payment, especially when we go traveling, we need not bring all the cash with us and bear the risk of being robbed or losing the cash. We have to be very careful with the cards, if we ever lose it or it gets stolen, we have to report to our bank immediately. It is always good to inform your bank that you will be traveling, so, in case of any unusual spending pattern occurs, they will take note of it and make a call to confirm with you. Some credit cards even offer special rates for purchase or on spending, sometimes you can even accumulate bonus points with your spending to redeem gifts.
However, there are many fallbacks if you do not watch what you are spending carefully. The debts can be a very heavy burden and the interests will accumulate more and more when you take a long time to clear it. Some people have even declared bankruptcy when they could not clear the hefty debts.
To choose a credit card that best suits you, it’s good to read up the credit card comparison guide first before you decide on one. There are even pages like Best Buys and Cash Back rewards for you to refer.

As a parent, they must plan for their future since young or before even they are born. Children are easier and faster to learn when they are still young, it is also easier for them to absorb the knowledge being passed to them. To assist new parents, Score Learning Center has a Summer Program that provides tutoring programs to your children. There are several subjects for you to choose from, so your children will be an all rounder in every subject. I will have no hesitation to send my children for this program in the future.

I am sure most of us have had the experience of using a prepaid calling card or making international calls. But the experiences might not be pleasant since it’s bound to be expensive. I never wanted to initiate an international call due to the cost of it, it is always burning my credit and you just talk the money away, it is awful.
However, I changed my mind ever since I found about the low rates and offers which Pingo.com offers. As a good start, Pingo has a RateWatcher that has compiled a list of call rates from and to all destinations. This is really good because it will save me from all the hassles of digging those rates out manually. With the really low rates, we can save up to 90% for international calls.

For all over the centuries, human beings have been wondering about the sky, the universe, the stars, until they first invented the first telescope, which had allowed the mankind to see and understand about what's beyond the sky.

Meade has launched numerous meade telescopes, and recently, they launched the newest and coolest gadget, which is, Meade MySky. It is a multimedia, interactive, and hand held guide to the universe and will guide you through the night sky. It allows you to instantly identify over 30K celestial objects at a click of a button.
